I build and run a private AI personal assistant for my own day-to-day use. This site explains what the service is, how its messaging works, and the policies that govern it.
The assistant handles the ordinary things that otherwise get forgotten: reminders, a running task list, notes I want to remember, and quick answers to questions. I reach it by text message and by Telegram, which matters because the phone I carry is a basic handset with no apps and no browser.
It is a single-user service. I am the only person who sends it messages and the only person it messages back.

| How to opt in | The owner opts in by texting START, or any message, to the service number from his own phone. There is no web sign-up form and no one else can be enrolled. |
| Message frequency | Varies. Typically about 5–20 messages per day, only in response to the owner's own texts or reminders he set. |
| Cost | Message and data rates may apply. The service itself charges nothing. |
| Opt out | Reply STOP at any time to cancel. No further messages will be sent. |
