Privacy Policy

This service is operated by Matis Langsam for his own personal use. It has no customers and collects no data about anyone else.

What is collected

• Messages. The text of messages the owner sends to the assistant and the replies it sends back.
• Reminders, tasks, and notes. The items the owner asks the assistant to remember.
• The owner's mobile number and Telegram chat identifier, so replies reach the right place.
• Basic operational records such as delivery status and error logs, used to keep the service working.

How it is used

Solely to operate the assistant: to understand a request, produce a reply, deliver a scheduled reminder, and recall something the owner asked it to remember. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

Where it is stored

In a private database on Cloudflare's platform, controlled by the owner. Message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude model for the sole purpose of generating a reply, and to the telephone carrier that delivers the message. No other party receives it.

Sharing

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Personal information is not sold or traded under any circumstances. The only disclosures are to the service providers named above, strictly to deliver the service, and to anyone the law compels.

SMS consent

Consent is given by the owner texting the service from his own phone, and applies only to him. SMS consent is never shared with third parties. Consent is withdrawn by replying STOP, which stops all messages.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while it is useful to the owner and can be deleted by him at any time. To request deletion, email mat@matlangsam.com.

Security

Connections are encrypted in transit. Access credentials are stored as encrypted secrets, and only the owner can reach the stored data.

Children

The service is not directed to children and no one under 13 uses it.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date above.
