Signing up for text messages is completely optional. Nothing on this site and no part of this service requires you to agree to receive text messages. Agreeing to texts is a separate choice, made on its own, and you can use email instead at any time — see Contact. Declining texts changes nothing else.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from the service number and all messages stop immediately. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also email mat@matlangsam.com and I will remove the number the same day.
