These terms govern the personal assistant service operated by Matis Langsam.
The service
A private AI assistant that sends and receives text messages and Telegram messages for its owner. It is operated by a sole proprietor for his own use. It is not offered to the public, and no one else may enroll or create an account.
Messaging terms

| Help | Reply HELP, or email mat@matlangsam.com. |
| Carriers | Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. |
Acceptable use
The service is not used to send marketing, promotional, bulk, or unsolicited messages, and never messages a number other than the owner's own.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted or discontinued at any time. Reminders and other messages may be delayed or fail to arrive; nothing important should rely on it alone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms may be updated; changes appear on this page with a new date above.

The laws of the State of New York, United States.
